Hi! I’m Donna—but to the seven little lovebugs who completely stole my heart, I’m simply Gigi.
I’ve been married to my best friend, Steve, for almost 39 years. Together we’ve raised four amazing sons, welcomed three wonderful daughters-in-law, and are excited to soon welcome another into our family.
Our greatest blessings are our seven grandchildren—six energetic boys and one very special little girl. They are the light of my life, and being their Gigi is my favorite title.
I grew up in a large Italian family where food wasn’t just about eating—it was about being together. That tradition has stayed with me my entire life.
Today, Steve and I carry on that tradition by opening our home every single Sunday for family dinner. It’s one day each week that everyone knows where they’ll be. We gather around the table, catch up on each other’s lives, celebrate birthdays and milestones, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and simply enjoy being together. Those Sunday dinners have become one of our family’s favorite traditions.
Now, let’s be honest… Steve is the cook! 😄
I’m not much of a cook unless it’s Italian. I can make a pretty mean lasagna and, of course, homemade meatballs—they’re in my Italian DNA! But if there’s dessert on the table, chances are I made it.
Baking is my happy place.
Whether I’m baking cookies, crafting Christmas ornaments, sewing something special, making a wreath for the front door, or setting the table for another Sunday family dinner, my happiest moments are spent creating a home filled with love, laughter, and traditions.
